Round 2 Challenge:

Theme: Invent a product that improve daily lives.

Explanation: A product can improve people's lives on a daily basis and people regularly need it to ease their work/life.

Example:

Simple Human Sensor Trashcan

Simple Human has a sleek and functional sensor trashcan made of high-tech stainless steel that uses a motion-detecting sensor to eliminate the need to touch it with your hands, feet or any other appendage. Once the lid is open, the trigger zone extends to become more sensitive to activity, so the lid won’t close before you’re finished. After 3 seconds of continued activity, the lid automatically opens wider and switches to a 30-second stay-open mode — great for longer chores.

What you need to do is:

1) Think of your idea

2) Plan the prototype of your idea/invention

3) Get your prototype materials in within a budget of RM50. Expenses up to RM50 can be claimed. (Only materials related to prototype are allowed.)

4) Show receipt of purchase upon registration to claim for your expenses.

5) Materials must match with purchases shown in receipt. A mismatch will not be reimbursed and that particular material will be confiscated.

6) No pre-building is allowed. Participants are only allowed to have prepare blueprint or a plan of the prototype.

7) Prototype building will officially start in Challenge 2 for 3 hours!
